1. Description of Service
OmniBioFex X provides an autonomous AI research engine. Features include, but are not limited to, dynamic multi-model AI routing (utilizing models like Llama 3, DeepSeek, and Qwen via Groq infrastructure), live web scraping, and structured intelligence generation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.
2. Registration and Account Security
To use certain features (such as saving reports or utilizing the credit system), you must log in via our passwordless email link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email account and the secure links sent to you. OmniBioFex cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your access credentials.
3. Credit System and Payments
The Service operates on a computational credit system.
- Consumption: Actions such as simple queries (1 credit), web searches (2 credits), and deep multi-agent runs (up to 10 credits) deduct from your monthly balance.
- Plans: We offer a Free Explorer plan, X Pro, and X Ultra subscriptions. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
- Refunds: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate, scrape, or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or highly objectionable content.
- Attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the OmniBioFex X architecture or authentication systems.
- Overload our infrastructure via automated scripting without using our official X Ultra API access.
- Intentionally prompt the AI to generate destructive code or malware.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all remaining credits.
5. Live Web Scraping and Third-Party Content
The Service utilizes automated agents (e.g., Playwright, Cheerio) to extract information from the public web in real-time.
Disclaimer: OmniBioFex X does not claim ownership over the third-party data scraped during a research query. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the extracted intelligence and generated citations complies with copyright laws, fair use doctrines, and the Terms of Service of the targeted websites.
6. AI Hallucinations and Accuracy
While OmniBioFex X employs a Verification Agent and multiple routing layers to ensure accuracy, artificial intelligence is inherently prone to occasional errors, omissions, or "hallucinations." You agree that you will independently verify any critical, financial, legal, or medical data generated by the Service before relying on it.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL OMNIBIOFEX, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
