2. Description of Service

OmniBioFex X is an AI-powered research platform that provides:

• AI research creation using 6 specialized agents
• Research publication and hosting
• Earning through text ads on published research
• Advertising platform for brands
• CLI and web dashboard interfaces

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Sign in with a valid Google account
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account

You can create both researcher and advertiser accounts with the same email, with separate dashboards.

4. Research Credits (RCC)

• New researchers receive 750 free RCC
• RCC can be purchased through our payment system
• RCC do not expire
• RCC are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to modify pricing

5. Earnings Program

Researchers can earn from text ads displayed on their published research:

• Earning unlocks at 1,000 views on a research page
• Earn ₹0.01 per impression
• Earn ₹0.50 per click
• Maximum earning potential: ₹10 Lakh per month
• Payments processed monthly via bank transfer, UPI, or PayPal
• Minimum payout threshold: ₹500

6. Advertising

Advertisers must:

• Comply with all applicable laws
• Not promote illegal products or services
• Provide accurate advertising content
• Only use text ads (no banner ads)
• Pay per impression and per click

We reserve the right to reject any advertising proposal.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not publish content that:

• Violates any applicable laws
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech or discrimination
• Is sexually explicit or obscene
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Impersonates others

8. AI-Generated Content

Research created using our AI agents is generated based on your input. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publication.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the service
• Extended inactivity

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
