1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OmniBioFex X, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

2. Service Description

OmniBioFex X is an autonomous research problem-solving platform. Key operational principles include:

  • Fixed Upfront Pricing: Users pay a single, dynamic fee based on document length and System complexity. We do not bill by the minute or by the token.
  • Strict Scope Enforcement: The System is programmed to block queries that deviate from the original research objective. Attempting to use a session for unrelated tasks (e.g., essay writing, off-topic questions) will result in the query being blocked without a refund.
  • Invisible Expert Layer: Human experts may monitor sessions and inject high-level corrections into the System's context. Students interact only with the unified System interface.
  • Auto-Completion: Sessions automatically close and generate a structured "Research Conclusion" when the System determines the objective is fully resolved.

3. User Obligations

  • You must not upload any content that is illegal, plagiarized, or violates third-party intellectual property rights.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the System prompting mechanisms of the platform.

4. Payments, Refunds & Expert Policies

  • Student Sessions: All research session fees are charged upfront. Due to the immediate consumption of System compute resources, all sales are final unless the platform experiences a verifiable technical failure.
  • Expert Applications: The ₹449 expert vetting fee is generally non-refundable. If the System rejects your application, it is flagged for manual Admin review. Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of the Admin.
  • Expert Payouts & Automated Quality Gate: Experts are compensated with a guaranteed 25% of the dynamic session price for every validated, substantive intervention. Browsing the queue is unpaid. The Automated Quality Gate strictly enforces this: spam, vague, or low-effort inputs result in a ₹0 payout and a quality strike. Accumulating 3 strikes results in suspension pending Admin review.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the research documents you upload. By uploading, you grant OmniBioFex X a limited, temporary license to process, analyze, and display the text solely for the purpose of fulfilling your research session.

6. Limitation of Liability

OmniBioFex X is a tool to assist with research problem-solving. While we employ advanced automated systems and human expert supervision, we do not guarantee specific academic grades, publication acceptance, or absolute factual accuracy. You are solely responsible for verifying all System-generated outputs before using them in formal academic work.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
