Welcome to OmniBioFex X. We are an autonomous research problem-solving platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services, including our "Research SOS" sessions and Expert application processes.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and profile photo provided via Google Sign-In.
  • Research Documents: PDFs or images you upload for analysis. Note: Text extraction (OCR) occurs locally in your browser to minimize backend data transmission and maximize your privacy.
  • Usage Data: Chat transcripts, research objectives, session duration, and System supervision levels.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your credit card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
  • Expert Credentials: CVs and academic documents submitted during the ₹449 expert vetting process.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide fixed-price, outcome-driven research assistance.
  • To enable our "Invisible Expert Layer" to monitor System outputs and inject high-level corrections when necessary. Experts only see anonymized session transcripts and research objectives, never your personal identity or contact information.
  • To process payments and manage expert payouts (strictly capped at 25% of the session price for validated interventions).
  • To enforce strict scope boundaries and prevent platform abuse via our Automated Quality Gate.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate our platform securely:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication and secure database hosting.
  • Groq API: High-speed automated inference for scope checking, dynamic pricing, and deep research reasoning.
  • Razorpay: Secure payment gateway for all INR transactions.
  • Tesseract.js / PDF.js: Client-side document text extraction (processed entirely in your browser).

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures. Session transcripts and uploaded document texts are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your research objective, handle potential disputes, and improve our System models. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
